Refunds

We value and take pride in the items we present in our store. Every item is carefully inspected to ensure there is no damage before sending it to you, for this reason; we do not offer refunds. We will gladly accept exchanges and/or issue you a store credit. Please go through the Exchange Policy below to learn more about our Exchange and Store Credit Procedure.

 

Exchanges

Please note: you have 7 days to report an exchange to us. This is determined by the carrier's delivered to address date.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will not process an exchange or approve a credit if there are any damages, stains, makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc. on the garment. 


To start an exchange, contact us at info@curageandco.com and provide your name, order number, and items you'd like to exchange. We will respond to you within 24 hours. If the item you're exchanging is out of stock or no longer available, we will issue you a store credit. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll then send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
